General Manager of Dining Services

Responsible for all FOH Club Center Dining Operations (Courtyard, Pub, Bake Shop, Marketplace, Café, Concierge Services and Catering).  Ensures proper staffing to budget, all dining service operational standards, sanitation, resident relations, and upholding CM mission, vision and values.  BS in Hospitality or Culinary and 3-7 years of fine dining or hotel supervisory experience expected. Proficiency in Excel/Word and POS systems.  Social media competence preferred.

Fairways Shift Supervisor

Plans, directs, evaluates and supervises total nursing care and functions on assigned shift. Responsible for the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality nursing care, other duties as needed.

Two years nursing experience assisting elderly population and supervisor experience strongly preferred. Valid NC LPN licensure required.


7:00 am – 3:30pm  (80 hours bi-weekly, Mon – Fri (no weekends))


7:00am – 3:30pm (16 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)

Laundry Technician

Utilizes laundry equipment and products to safely wash, dry and press linens and personal clothing.  Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.

Nurse Care Coordinator

Primary responsibilities include functioning as a member of the care coordination team providing medical and psychosocial support to CM residents through assessment, planning and accessing resources to promote independence, quality of life and smooth transitions of care when appropriate.  Functions as coordinator of Community Response Program for IL residents.  Nursing degree and RN licensure with 2-4 years of long term care, geriatric medical service experience and transdisciplinary team experience required.

Activities Specialist

Creative and energetic individual to work in our Health Center. This position is responsible for developing, planning and participating in a variety of activities that will serve the needs of our skilled nursing care residents. Two year’s experience in programming and supervising activities required, completion of state-approved activity course preferred. Valid NC driver’s license and a team oriented attitude required. CDL licensure preferred.


(Pines) 8:00am – 12:30 pm (e/o weekend)

Counter Server

Primarily responsible for taking food and beverage orders and assisting residents, staff and guests with daily service while maintaining the highest quality of service and sanitation standards of the Pub/Bake Shop/Marketplace at all times.  Customized food and beverage order management and order entry via POS system.  Daily service maintenance of Courtyard, Pub & Bake Shop as needed.  HS Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of previous food service experience. ServeSafe certification preferred.


(CC) 80 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend (AM & PM shifts)


Certified Nursing Assistant

Pines & Fairways
Duties include caring for residents. Compassionate, team player attitude required. N.C. C.N.A. certification required.

10:45pm – 7:15am (40 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)



7:00am – 3:30pm (16 or 40 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)

Medication Technician

Responsible for meeting the individual needs of residents as outlined in the resident care plan, monitors assigned residents for health status changes, assists in the process of medication preparation. Must have valid NC Medication Technician certification and valid NC C.N.A. certification. Experience assisting elderly population preferred.





7:00am – 3:30pm (16 or 40 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)


11:00pm – 7:30am (24 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)



Dishwashing, cleaning kitchen, putting away supplies.   Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Weekend Relief Grill Cook duties.

6:00pm – 10:00pm (20 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)

Line Cook

Uses a full range of quantity cooking procedures from common or frequently used to new or difficult recipes. Is knowledgeable about food safety and proper food handling. Culinary graduate or equivalent Hotel/Restaurant experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


3:00pm – 11:30pm (80 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)


Physical Plant

Responsible for performing repair work and new construction to ensure Carolina Meadows facilities is properly maintained in a safe and efficient manner. Additional duties include providing emergency response to residents, staff and guests. Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry and building maintenance, able to lift up to 75 lbs. and a current NC driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Experience with rough framing and finished carpentry required. Handyman experience strongly preferred.

8:00am – 4:30pm (Weekdays, occasional weekends)
