Responsible for independently directing and controlling the financial and business affairs of the organization through effective leadership and oversight of the Accounting, and IT functions. This includes developing, implementing and communicating key strategies to support the overall organizational objectives and philosophy of business operations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA and minimum of ten (10) years of financial administration required.
FULL – TIME
Seeking a creative and energetic individual to work in our Memory Care. Candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and participating in a variety of activities that will serve the needs of our memory support residents. Two years’ experience in programming and supervising activities and completion of state- approved activity course is required. Dementia training & experience is required. Valid NC driver’s license and a team oriented attitude is required. CDL licensure preferred.
8:30am – 5:00pm (80 hours bi-weekly, occasional weekends & evenings)
Take orders and serve meals to residents and guests in dining room. Restock wait stations. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 16 – years of age.
PART – TIME
5:00pm – 9:00pm (weeknights, flexible weekends)
Drives residents to medical appointments, shopping centers, banks and other establishments. Assists residents who need help entering and exiting units, vehicles and or destinations. Helps carry packages and shopping bags when necessary. Must be able to load and unload large elderly persons in wheelchairs. Other duties as assigned which may include assisting other departments as needed. Requires valid NC Commercial Drivers License (Class C) with good driving record and ability to lift up to 75lbs. without assistance.
PRN (on call as needed)
Primary duties include providing psychosocial support and services to residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. This includes assessing residents’ needs, helping them access services, and assisting them in transitions throughout the continuum of care. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services field, two (2) to four (4) years of geriatric Social Work experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsible for meeting the individual needs of residents as outlined in the resident care plan, monitors assigned residents for health status changes, assists in the process of medication preparation. Must have valid NC Medication Technician certification and valid NC C.N.A. certification. Experience assisting elderly population preferred.
7:00am – 3:30pm (16 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)

Duties include caring for residents. Compassionate, team player attitude required. N.C. C.N.A. certification required.
