Responsible for all FOH Club Center Dining Operations (Courtyard, Pub, Bake Shop, Marketplace, Café, Concierge Services and Catering). Ensures proper staffing to budget, all dining service operational standards, sanitation, resident relations, and upholding CM mission, vision and values. BS in Hospitality or Culinary and 3-7 years of fine dining or hotel supervisory experience expected. Proficiency in Excel/Word and POS systems. Social media competence preferred.
