Wait Staff

Take orders and serve meals to residents and guests in dining room.  Restock wait stations.  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be at least 16 – years of age.


Club Center

5:00pm – 9:00pm (weeknights, flexible weekends)




Responsible for independently directing and controlling the financial and business affairs of the organization through effective leadership and oversight of the Accounting, and IT functions. This includes developing, implementing and communicating key strategies to support the overall organizational objectives and philosophy of business operations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA and minimum of ten (10) years of financial administration required.


Exempt Position


Responsible for cleaning and all resident rooms and/or apartments/villas on a daily basis.  Additional duties include cleaning bathrooms and common areas throughout the community.


40 hours bi-weekly (rotational weekend hours)


Dishwashing, cleaning kitchen, putting away supplies.   Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


20 hours bi-weekly (2-3 weekdays and flexible weekends)

Maintenance Technician

Minimum two years apartment or residential maintenance and building trade knowledge, with basic hand tool skills experience required. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to read, write, and comprehend English.  HS Diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 80 lbs. is required.


8:00am – 4:30pm (80 hours bi-weekly, occasional weekends)



Drives residents to medical appointments, shopping centers, banks and other establishments.  Assists residents who need help entering and exiting units, vehicles and or destinations.  Helps carry packages and shopping bags when necessary.  Must be able to load and unload large elderly persons in wheelchairs.  Other duties as assigned which may include assisting other departments as needed.  Requires valid NC Commercial Drivers License (Class C) with good driving record and ability to lift up to 75lbs. without assistance.



PRN (on call as needed)

Social Worker

Primary duties include providing psychosocial support and services to residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.  This  includes assessing residents’ needs, helping them access services, and assisting them in transitions throughout the continuum of care.  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services field (MSW preferred) plus three (3) to five (5) years of geriatric Social Work experience required.



Exempt Position

Medication Technician

Responsible for meeting the individual needs of residents as outlined in the resident care plan, monitors assigned residents for health status changes, assists in the process of medication preparation. Must have valid NC Medication Technician certification and valid NC C.N.A. certification. Experience assisting elderly population preferred.





7:00am – 3:30pm (40 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)



Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. Current LPN licensure required. Previous long-term care experience preferred.


6:45pm – 7:15am (24 hours bi-weekly)

Certified Nursing Assistant

Duties include caring for residents. Compassionate, team player attitude required. N.C. C.N.A. certification required.



6:45am – 3:15pm (24 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)
