Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to directly impact the organization by working on key initiatives to achieve a culture of greatness, standardizing of HR processes, procedures and documents, and strengthening the organizational structure. Candidate will perform a variety of HR – related tasks in some or all of the following functional areas: significant emphasis on full – life cycle recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, training, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
Minimum of 2-years HR generalist experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred, PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and an HRIS system. Energetic personality with an approachable demeanor that can work well in a collaborative environment. Ability to connect and build rapport with employees.
