Activities Specialist

Creative and energetic individual to work in our Health Center. This position is responsible for developing, planning and participating in a variety of activities that will serve the needs of our skilled nursing care residents. Two year’s experience in programming and supervising activities required, completion of state-approved activity course preferred. Valid NC driver’s license and a team oriented attitude required. CDL licensure preferred.

General Manager of Dining Services

Responsible for all FOH Club Center Dining Operations (Courtyard, Pub, Bake Shop, Marketplace, Café, Concierge Services and Catering).  Ensures proper staffing to budget, all dining service operational standards, sanitation, resident relations, and upholding CM mission, vision and values.  BS in Hospitality or Culinary and 3-7 years of fine dining or hotel supervisory experience expected. Proficiency in Excel/Word and POS systems.  Social media competence preferred.

Health Information Specialist

Position responsibilities include, third party billing from submission through collection, management of medical records in compliance with all governing agencies, maintenance of contracts with third party payers and credentialing and re-credentialing of medical providers. Experience with auditing of medical record compliance, HIPAA regulation proficiency, third party payer and claim rejection experience required. ICD9 and ICD10 diagnoses coding experience. CCS-P, RHIT or AAPC certifications preferred.


80 hours bi-weekly (Mon – Fri)

Medication Aide

Responsible for providing general medication treatment to residents on a daily basis.  Must have current NC Med Aide and CNA certification, have passed the State Administered competency exam, listed in good standing with NCDHHS, and listed on the NC Medication Aide registry.  At least one year of Med Aide and experience working with the elderly population preferred.


3:00pm – 11:00pm (24 hours bi-weekly)

Counter Server

Primarily responsible for taking food and beverage orders and assisting residents, staff and guests with daily service while maintaining the highest quality of service and sanitation standards of the Pub/Bake Shop/Marketplace at all times.  Customized food and beverage order management and order entry via POS system.  Daily service maintenance of Courtyard, Pub & Bake Shop as needed.  HS Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of previous food service experience. ServeSafe certification preferred.


(CC) 80 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend (AM & PM shifts)


Line Cook

Uses a full range of quantity cooking procedures from common or frequently used to new or difficult recipes. Is knowledgeable about food safety and proper food handling. Culinary graduate or equivalent Hotel/Restaurant experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


3:00pm – 11:30pm (80 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)

Medication Technician

Responsible for meeting the individual needs of residents as outlined in the resident care plan, monitors assigned residents for health status changes, assists in the process of medication preparation. Must have valid NC Medication Technician certification and valid NC C.N.A. certification. Experience assisting elderly population preferred.





7:00am – 3:30pm (16 or 40 hours bi-weekly, e/o weekend)


Wait Staff

Take orders and serve meals to residents and guests in dining room.  Restock wait stations.  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be at least 16 – years of age.


Club Center

5:00pm – 9:00pm (weeknights, flexible weekends)




Responsible for cleaning and all resident rooms and/or apartments/villas on a daily basis.  Additional duties include cleaning bathrooms and common areas throughout the community.


80 hours bi-weekly (rotational weekend hours)
