Administrator (LNHA)

Seeking a licensed, experienced administrator who will be primarily responsible for planning and directing the overall operation of the Pines with a focus on Person Centered Care. Responsibilities include budget development and management, participation in interdisciplinary team initiatives, leadership role in CQI initiatives, collaboration and participation in customer satisfaction and marketing initiatives, overseeing building maintenance and fulfilling all licensure requirements for the facility.  Close collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other members of the team is critical to success in this position.

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business or related field, minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in a skilled long-term care center and North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator’s license required. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, multitask, prioritize, delegate, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable of North Carolina state rules and regulations regarding skilled long-term care centers, sanitation and other prevailing regulations. Candidate must be proficient in the operation of computer applications and general office equipment.

Dining Manager

This position is primarily responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Marketplace and the satisfaction of residents through their dining experience.  Additional duties include server training, catering supervision and supervising cleaning of Marketplace areas.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, three (3) to seven (7) years of fine dining and hotel supervisory experience required. Certified Sanitation Manager preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, basic math and strong customer service skills and be knowledgeable on restaurant procedures and practices. Must be proficient in the operation of computer applications and POS systems.  Should be hospitality oriented.

Fairways Shift Supervisor

Fairways
Plans, directs, evaluates and supervises total nursing care and functions on assigned shift. Responsible for the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality nursing care, other duties as needed.

Two years nursing experience assisting elderly population and supervisor experience strongly preferred. Valid NC LPN or RN licensure required.

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to directly impact the organization by working on key initiatives to achieve a culture of greatness, standardizing of HR processes, procedures and documents, and strengthening the organizational structure. Candidate will perform a variety of HR – related tasks in some or all of the following functional areas: significant emphasis on full – life cycle recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, training, employee relations, performance management and compliance.

Minimum of 2-years HR generalist experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred, PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and an HRIS system. Energetic personality with an approachable demeanor that can work well in a collaborative environment. Responsible for meeting the individual needs of residents as outlined in the resident care plan, monitors assigned residents for health status changes, assists in the process of medication preparation. Must have valid NC Medication Technician certification and valid NC C.N.A. certification. Experience assisting elderly population preferred.

Nurse Care Coordinator

Primary responsibilities include functioning as a member of the care coordination team providing medical and psychosocial support to CM residents through assessment, planning and accessing resources to promote independence, quality of life and smooth transitions of care when appropriate.  Functions as coordinator of Community Response Program for IL residents.  Nursing degree and RN licensure with 2-4 years of long term care, geriatric medical service experience and transdisciplinary team experience required.

Painter

Minimum 8 to 10 years residential and commercial painting experience required.  Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and have a valid NC driver’s license with a good driving record. Knowledgeable of various paint finishes and the application of painting products, possess a familiarity with small power and hand tools, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability.  Must have at least 5-years experience in installing and repair of drywall.

PM Floor Technician

Primary duties include sweeping, mopping, and buffing/scrubbing kitchen floors.  Other duties include cleaning/detailing hoods, above stove filters, grill stations, and draining fyers.  Additional duties as needed to maintain inspection readiness of kitchen per ServeSafe specifications.

Receptionist

We are seeking a First Impressions Ambassador to be responsible for the information desk in the Club Center.  Duties include maintaining, updating and testing of the Emergency Call System. Answering of telephone promptly and routing of calls to appropriate department and/or take messages as necessary. Must have at least 2-years’ experience using a multi-line phone system. Preferred candidate will be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software. Must be able to work well under pressure, possess high energy, be flexible and dependable.
