*Beginner Meditation offered weekly at 10-10:30 am on Wednesdays in the Lecture Hall.  *Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly… like any skill, you get out of it what you put into it.  During these sessions, we will offer basic tips to get you started and allow you to experience brief periods of meditation. Take a deep breath, and get ready to relax.
