 You must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance to participate in this class.

This class incorporates core work and stretching on the floor . It will also inlcude standing and seated exercises and uses resistance bands and free weights to help give you a full body workout. Level 2 is for moderate and advanced exercisers.
