*Nia Moving to Heal* is a 45-minute group dance fitness class to fun music. It’s ideal for people who are just getting going with exercise and want a fun, joyful way to get active. It’s also good for those recovering from an illness or injury. We spend 30 minutes up dancing on the floor and 15 minutes moving in a chair, but a chair is always an option and some choose to spend the whole class moving in a chair.
