/Between 9am and noon we will be in the Lecture Hall with sitting and walking meditation as well as teaching and guidance.                     At noon we will move to the Art Studio to share a silent vegetarian meal and allow for a brief period of shared reflections. /


/About David; /*David Rademacher*, a student of Gen Kelsang Tilopa of the Kosala Buddhist Center in Carrboro, is a long time practitioner of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s teachings on Kadampa Buddhism. He regularly teaches meditation classes in Carrboro.  He has been a fan of Buddhist teachings for over thirty years.  David lives in Chapel Hill, and works in Pittsboro and Chapel Hill as a psychotherapist.  He is married and has two children and two cats.
