The next step is to attend our "Live More" information session. This monthly meeting is conducted by our sales staff and is followed by a question and answer session. Join us to learn more about Carolina Meadows, the industry in general and the benefits of becoming a resident.

Topics will include:

• The A,B,Cs and Ds of the Industry. What do the different contract types mean and how do they impact your decision making.
• Financial plans and refund options. How do they work and why are they so difficult to compare?
• How to determine what type of community is right for you based on your unique circumstances.
• What is included in the monthly accommodation fee and what isn’t.
• What does it mean to be part of a “resident driven” community.
• What is an off-campus residency program?
• Waiting Lists, how they work and when is the right time to join them?

The session will be approximately two hours. We look forward to meeting you virtually.
