There’s something for all of our residents.

You’re Going to Need a Bigger Calendar

Activities, pastimes, amusements, hobbies, pursuits – call them what you will, if they draw your interest and energy, you will find an encyclopedic selection at Carolina Meadows. You can learn, play, relax, volunteer, compete, listen, advocate, hike, teach, debate…or none of the above. You are free to choose. It’s all in a day’s non-work in your new home.

Events and Activities Include:

  • Saturday night movies: Enjoy popcorn and revisit classics or screen potential future classics
  • MeadowSingers: Weekly chorus practice for fall and spring concerts
  • Art Guild: Paint in various media for display alongside other resident artwork
  • PlayReaders: Join a performance or propose your own script
  • Relaxing games: Gather for bridge, mahjong and more
  • Music at the Meadows: 20+ performances yearly by professional musicians

This class foucuses on toning and strengthening exercises in circuit training  and interval format.

*Stretch n Tone Level 2 *-This class incorporates standing and seated exercises and uses resistance bands and free weights to help give you an all around stretch and strengthening workout. Level 2 is designed for moderate and advanced exercisers. Located in the Exercise Studio.
