The Fairways at Carolina Meadows

Built with a careful focus on providing attentive assisted living services, The Fairways community is also home to The Green, a neighborhood dedicated to individuals living with memory impairment. Together they form a warm and lively setting that’s an integral part of campus. Staff members work in partnership to create individualized care protocols for each resident to promote the highest level of independence. Amenities include a fitness center, lecture hall, hair salon and a popular dining room that’s open to all campus residents.

Spacious Private Apartments With Full Baths The apartments at the Fairways are spacious, private and can be decorated and furnished to the residents’ specifications. Residents have access to the entire campus and all its amenities.
Personal Care And Daily Housekeeping A caring team of Carolina Meadows staff are on duty at all times to provide assistance with residents’ daily needs, such as bathing and dressing. Scheduled transportation, medication management, daily housekeeping and laundry services are just a few of the services available.
Six Exceptional Dining Options In addition to nearby venues The Pub, The Bake Shop, The Café, The Courtyard and The Marketplace, The Fairways has its own full-service dining room serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Its menu and ambiance make it one of our most popular restaurants, drawing residents and guests from all over campus.
