The Pines Health Center is the Carolina Meadows community created to provide expert nursing services tailored for each resident’s specific circumstances. From compassionate 24-hour care to short-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay, a plan is developed by nursing, nutrition and rehabilitation staff and coordinated with your physician and your family to help each individual maintain the highest level of independence. A fully equipped and staffed physical and occupational therapy facility serves the needs of all residents.
