Dining

Flavorful, healthy food options for all palates.

The dining experience at Carolina Meadows is as important as the food itself.

Globally-influenced cuisine, locally-sourced ingredients

All six of our dining venues structure their menus around ingredients sourced from local farms, emphasizing variety and choice for our residents from morning to night. Our Executive Chef leads a talented team of chefs, drawing on elements of diverse cultures and cuisines as he’s done in leading restaurants and hotels worldwide.
