A Note About Catering

Recently Hugh and I wanted to introduce a couple interested in Carolina Meadows to some of our friends here. We asked Thom Cranna, director of catering, to suggest a menu.  Thom came up with a lovely suggestion, which included Beef Wellington.  He personally delivered the meal at 5:00 p.m., and I simply turned on the oven. The rest is the history of a delightful evening.

When the prospective residents asked if the food was always this excellent, we all replied, “YEP”.   They plan to meet with our marketing staff next week.
