The Brief Life and Death of The Leer
Circle
Judy Tilson

Every year, our residents have the opportunity to release their inhibitions by expressing their creativity at Halloween.  Each precinct (15 of them) and all departments grab a scalpel, scoop, and other accouterments and create a true work of art.

Last year, Allan Eckhaus, on behalf of Precinct 8, surpassed us all with his creation.  Rather than try to describe what Allan did, let me invite you to scroll down through the life of Allan’s creation.  You will see that, indeed, he did garner first place for his precinct for “most artistic” and “best overall”.  Can anybody ever top this?  Thanks Allan. (And, of course, thanks to the pumpkin for giving its all to the cause!)
